Turkey eggs must lose the correct amount of water (weight) so that the embryos can form a healthy air cell necessary for pulmonary respiration. At the start of incubation, measuring and applying CO₂ set points, as well as adjusting CO₂ levels as a reference for ventilation rates, can protect the embryo from any significant changes in its gaseous environment. In this way, the environment can be adjusted to the embryo’s specific and constantly changing gas exchange needs, stimulating strong vascular development and achieving the target weight loss figures.

EST Scan Technology
Automatic measurement of turkey eggshell temperature allows control of the constantly changing environment of the developing embryo, ensuring an ideal environment for all stages of embryonic growth. Experience has shown that turkey embryos, during the transition from heat-absorbing to heat-producing phases, require a lower temperature than other species. Therefore, a specific temperature program for turkey eggshells has been designed, which is unique compared to other incubators.

Optimized Air Distribution for Turkey Egg Incubation
To achieve uniformity and maintain smooth airflow when the machine is filled with very large eggs, the cabinet has a larger volume compared to traditional incubators.

Special Trolleys and Unique Turning System
Both setter and hatcher trolleys are designed so that the trays are positioned perpendicular to the pulsator surface, increasing airflow over the eggs. Each setter rack has its own pneumatic jack, which can be easily detached for unobstructed cleaning. The trolley alloys are made of double-coated steel and stainless steel.
Specially Designed Trays and Baskets for Turkeys
The special turkey trays are designed to easily accommodate even the largest turkey eggs without restricting airflow around each egg.
Day-old turkeys are significantly taller than day-old chicks; therefore, the hatcher baskets are produced with a height of 14 cm to provide more space and higher quality for the hatched poults.
