Industrial Multi-Stage Incubators

The design of the setter allows for the independent loading of each rack, which moves continuously and unidirectionally along the cabin. Fresh eggs are placed on the racks at the position nearest to the entrance door. With each new egg-loading cycle, the racks advance forward until they exit the setter and are transferred to the hatcher.

This process lasts 18 days for chickens and 25 days for turkeys and ducks.

Our setter racks are made of hot-dip galvanized profiles and galvanized sheets. The wheels are injection-molded, ensuring durability and smooth movement.

Air ventilation is managed through a duct system in the ceiling, directing airflow outside. Since air has properties of absorbing and retaining moisture, these variables are key factors that must be considered during ventilation.

Each stage system maintains specific dry and wet temperature levels for optimal embryo development.

Every detail of this multi-stage machine is designed for ease of use. For example, the doors can be mounted to open either from the left or right up to a 180-degree angle, and are equipped with bubble seals to prevent air leakage.

The rack turning system operates through independent cylinders, ensuring safe operation and preventing mechanical failures that could affect embryo development.

Advantages:

  • High chick hatchability rate
  • Low maintenance and repair costs
  • User-friendly operation
  • Durable components and accessories
  • Easy access to spare parts

Simplified operation with the multi-stage system

The multi-stage environmental system directs fresh air primarily to the older eggs, while the heat and CO₂ released from these eggs are used to warm the developing embryos, optimizing energy use and growth conditions.

The hatcher operates under a positive-pressure air system, which enhances hatchability and chick quality.
The hatcher baskets are made of high-strength, lightweight plastic, preventing egg damage. Their open-sided and perforated bottom design ensures improved airflow and ventilation for the chicks.
