Incubator body
One of the important parts of the incubator is that it should be insulated to prevent moisture and heat fluctuations.
The bodies of this device consist of three layers. The wall is made of PVC and a layer of ionolite with a compression of 40 kg / m3 (sandwich panel).
Rock the device
The rock body is made of galvanized sheet, which is attached to the bolts and ends and can be fully opened.
All parts are either galvanized sheets and other parts are hot galvanized to prevent rust.
Rock rotation system
Electric rock rotation is done by pneumatic.
Heating system
Moisture of the device is provided by nozzle and flush valve.
Incubator heat
The heat is supplied by the electric element.
Air circulation
It is placed in a device with a standard fan with a roundness of 1,400 per minute so that the flow of air, including moisture, heat and oxygen, runs smoothly and evenly across all the shoulders of the egg.
calibration
To fine tune the humidity and temperature sensors, you can compare the temperature inside the device with a precision thermometer and humidity gauge with a controller indicator and manually change it (this feature is available on the controller)
